BMW Charity Pro-Am Golf Tournament

To Be Played on Three Local Courses

Celebrities and amateurs will come together to play in the BMW Charity Pro-Am Golf Tournament.  Celebrity participants for 2008 are currently in the process of being selected, however, past celebrities include Kevin Costner, Kurt Russell Catherine Bell, John Elway, Wayne Gretzky, George Lopez, and Gary Player, among many others.  You will see celebrities playing at the Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, SC, Thornblade Club in Greenville, SC, and Bright’s Creek Golf Club located just outside the Upstate in Tryon, NC.

In an effort to move the tournament deeper into the community, Carolina charities chose three new locations to host the nationwide PGA Tournament on May 12 – 18.  All four rounds will be televised by the Golf Channel.
